Where do you deliver?

We deliver to urban addresses across New Zealand. Rural delivery isn’t available–please check you are in the urban areas we deliver to below

How are orders delivered?

Frozen and chilled items are sent via NZ Post Perishable Courier to ensure freshness and safety.

How are delivery fees calculated?

Fees depend on your address, parcel weight, and NZ Post rates, and are calculated automatically at checkout.

Courier zones:

  • Local: Napier & Hastings
  • Local Town: towns within 75km
  • One Sector: up to 150km (same island)
  • Two Sector: over 150km (same island)
  • Island to Island: between North and South Islands

Why is inter-island delivery more expensive?

Starts at $28.99 (excl. GST) for the first 5kg, with extra charges for each additional 5kg.

Order processing & dispatch:

  • Sun–Mon orders: up to 2 days before pickup
  • Thu–Sat orders: picked up Mon, delivered Tue
  • South Island orders: processed and dispatched Mon; allow 2 days for delivery

Delivery times after dispatch:

  • North Island: 1–2 working days
  • South Island: 2–3 working days
    Times may vary due to courier schedules, weather, or inter-island freight.

Do I need to be home?

Yes. Someone must be available to receive frozen or chilled items.

Are delivery fees inclusive of GST?

No, fees are exclusive of GST and set by NZ Post.

Who is responsible once my order is dispatched?

Responsibility transfers to the courier upon dispatch.
